Digital Dad Defence (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a brand of The Flipside of Technology, based in Montego Bay, Jamaica. We operate digitaldaddefence.com and provide online resources, courses, community spaces and tools that help Caribbean parents and families stay safe in a digital world. What data we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, enrol in a course, join our community, book a session, subscribe to our newsletter, or fill in a contact form. This may include:

• Flipside ID (The Flipside of Technology) — secure sign-in across our services

• Our email delivery provider — to send account and newsletter emails
• Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., United States) — error monitoring, so we can find and fix technical problems
• Analytics — privacy-respecting measurement of how the site is used

Each provider is bound by their own data processing agreements and privacy policies. We may also disclose information where required to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect our rights, and in the event of a merger or acquisition.
